Another gem. What a long, tedious, dangerous journey that must have been (for both of them).

I love Glorfindel of Gondolin. This is a very nice drabble. Remember the Lord of the Golden Flower indeed. Author Reply: Thanks, Hiro-tyre. Avon

A very fitting tribute to Glorfindel. I liked the fact that you turned the events of the past into a lesson taught to a young child at the end. It gave the drabble an unexpected twist. Author Reply: Thank you. I would never have written this if someone hadn't requested it as a birthday present and I really struggled to find a way in - until finally the child turned up. Avon

Wow, you pack so much power and emotion into such a small space! Is this about Glorfindel (the first one)? Author Reply: Thanks, Shirebound. I can't see this one clearly at all atm so feedback helpls a lot. Yes, it is Glorfindel #1. Avon

Awww.... an actual nice scene between FAramir and Denethor. One rarely sees one of those.... Author Reply: Thanks, Marigold. It did come from a request for a drabble showing a functional Faramir-Denethor relationship. Avon

This one's even harder to tell who it is.... Merry? Boromir? I like the descriptions of the cold.... "ice-cold fire" and all that...
Marigold Gamgee | Reviewed Chapter: 3 on 3/20/2004 |
Ooh.... another intriguing one- Boromir this time, right? It's getting harder and harder to figure out who the speaker is, though that makes for some nice ambiguity.
