| Oh, this is delightful! *grin* So, Legolas is now an unofficial-official-sort-of-cop, and the media have the whole thing on video. I am sure YouTube will be next (though perhaps TPTB may be of some use there) and Eldhellond is besieged by reporters and crowds. But Legolas has several things going for him: he did the right thing, because that baby was in danger, and I don't honestly believe any of the other Elves would have done any differently in a similar situation. Elves do not like children to be endangered. Also, clearly Vorondur has an angle on things--and then there are the Maiar. One of whom was a close personal friend of Legolas at a crucial time in his life. I'm quite sure that the persona of Gandalf is never far from Olorin, and Legolas is the last of the Fellowship left. At any rate, I am very happy I had a few minutes before heading off to work to see this. I will be grinning over it all day long! Author Reply: Hi Dreamflower. I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter. Legolas does indeed have several things going for him, especially the support of the Maiar and Valar.
