well, you have to admit that the eldest resident in Gondor at the moment has just known a moment of comeuppance! Love it! Now--to see how she acts once she's back in the Citadel! Heh!

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review, I'm so pleased you enjoyed this chapter.

"Leave me, Queen of Gondor;" the beast went on, "And do not come back until you have learned courtesy." He made a loud sniffing noise and turned his head away from her.

Even Bilbo had better manners when confronted with Smaug! Arwen needs to brush up on her dragon lore.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. Arwen could certainly learn some manners from Bilbo!

Poor Aragorn! And dear Eldarion! Now--to convert Arwen! Heh!

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.Aragorn must be very proud of his son.

Arwen certainly has good reason to believe that Aragorn and Faramir are "dragon spelled", especially since her son is now involved. She might have to meet this dragon herself. :)

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I'm pleased Arwen's reaction felt right for you.I'm sure she will meet the dragon.

Good chapter - poor Aragorn; up between a rock and a hard place. I don't know which could be worse; the dragon's wrath or Arwen's...

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I'm pleased you enjoyed the chapter. I like at present, Aragorn might prefer an angry dragon!

I have been following this carefully, but see that I had not reviewed before which is a "shame on me." This is a bit different from most of your excellent stories. I am enjoying it.

Do we get to see Arwen's reaction? I do not think she will be pleased. It is about time for Aragorn to realize the full power of Elrond's daughter. Men should never get their own way too often.

Hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Best wishes for the New Year.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I'm delighted you are enjoying this story, I'm always pleased to hear when anyone likes what I write.I've just posted a new chapter in which you will see Arwen's reactions.I agree men should not get their own way too much!

An excellent demonstration that the dragon is indeed to be respected and accepted. And Eldarion is jealous of the other boy? The nature of children!

Author Reply: Thank you, i'm pleased that you enjoyed the chapter.I think Eldarion now regards the dragon as HIS special friend!

I can certainly appreciate his feelings on the situation. Now--to show the populous that Sulion is indeed a gentle dragon and NOT like Smaug or others of Morgoth's creatures after all. And Eldarion will do superbly, I'm certain.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. Let us hope that Aragorn and Eldarion succeed.

The dragon has reason to not trust the folk of Gondor now! Now, we hope sincerely that Fung Nu recovers!

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. You are quite right the poor dragon has ever reason not to like the Gondorians!

I have enjoyed this story since its first chapter, and it is only growing more dramatic and interesting with each update. The dragonrider is obviously from the Far East, i have a feeling that he is more than familiar with the poppy, and that he would need a stronger dose than your average Gondorian.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I am so pleased to hear that you are enjoying my story.Yes, you are quite right that the Rider is from the Far East and you make a good point about the poppy.
