| Hi Soledad, It is a joy to read this story, it is like reading those beautiful tales from my childhood. It seemd that she will discover a wonderful realm and find help in the process too. | A rather lonely entrance to the Elven paradise for Celebrian, but with promises of wonder to come. Author Reply: Oh, and wonders there will be! I had great fun writing this story, as I got to play with the more faerie-like settings and atmosphere of "The Lost Tales". They are so much more... well, Elvish to me like the Professor's later works, especially the Silmarillion. Thanks for reading and commenting, Raksha! I so hope that this story will unstuck, after all these years, and I finally come around to finish it. It's one of my personal favourites. | |

| I love the way you describe and characterize Elves; they really do seem like the ancient and wise beings Tolkien created. Fascinating beginning to the story! Author Reply: Thank you.:) I'm very fond of Elves, actually, and what I was aiming for was to show that while they might look similar to Men, they are fundamentally different, somehow. For good or for bad, that depends on any given situation, but certainly different. | |
