their arms and hearts were long in conversation What a lovely passage. Frodo's illness is very real, but he's surrounded by such love. I hope he can find his way through the darkness. Author Reply: I loved that part myself! :) Le hannon my dear! Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Another visitation of healing that he needs. Author Reply: I think he needs these little boosts of strength just to keep going to where he needs to be, otherwise he might not have even made it. I didn't want your review to be unacknowledged until after Easter so here I am, but no more until afterwards. I'll see you on the other side! Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

"Until then, I must keep going, living, loving and forgiving." Frodo was silent a while as he struggled to bring Faramir’s words into his heart and fashion them for himself. This is an exceptionally beautiful chapter. Lovely writing. Author Reply: Thank you, my dear! I think these two are good for each other. :) Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

And he openly declares he chooses the healing. Yes, it is piful, but necessary and in the end blessed. Author Reply: He was given a reward in the same measure of the sacrifices and in the end I hope he realized this last sacrifice is indeed a reward. Thanks for reviewing! The good acts are the ones you chose, when you had full control of your will Indeed they are, and what a perfect thing to tell him. The journeys of the heart and spirit are often so much more difficult than those of the body, and hopefully Frodo will find light and peace soon. Author Reply: That is so true about such journeys and this one is going to be worse and longer than getting to the Mountain but he won't be anymore alone on this one than he was on the other. Thank you, my dear! Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

You are very welcome for the review Antane. I didn't manage many. But this is proving it deserved the honour of fist place. Congratulations. Author Reply: Hantanyel, my dear! I was quite stunned when I got the news. Glad you continue to enjoy. Nmarie, God bless, Antane :)

Yes, we do come and go in the telling. How reassuring that he has chosen at the last to surrender not to the Ring's malice, but to healing. Author Reply: You know when I first wrote this, I didn't realize that's what he meant, but then it hit me and I was like whoa, this is a big step he's taking. I agree - good for him! You were intent on saving everyone else even as you came to understand more and more that it would come at the cost of yourself. Still you went on. What a perfect description of courage. To go on, even understanding everything that might happen. Gandalf is so gentle, and so wise. Frodo is wrapped in so much love. Author Reply: Which is the best place for him to be! :) This is why he is so inspiring to so many. Le hannon, my dear!

I have just caught up with this story and really like it. though obviously A/U it includes one of the few hobbit-centric themes )(I.E. the healing of Frodo), that I truly do like. You've done your characters well and portray the emotions of all of them--particularly the chronically ill Frodo--very well. I will look forward to future chapters of this story and thank you for your efforts. Matt Author Reply: Thank *you* for your very kind review! Always nice to hear from a new fan! This is a very sweet chapter. Arwen is so selfless in her encouragement. And I like Frodo's descriptions of the music of his cousins and Sam. Author Reply: I liked that too! :) Thanks so much for stopping by, my dear and for enjoying! Namarie, God bless, Antane :)
