| Great first two chapters, Radbooks. I'm wondering though - the second chapter says 'Chapter 6' on it???? Did I miss something. Hope vacation is good and that you get more ideas for this delightful tale. I happen to be a Theodred fan and am enjoying this! Author Reply: Thanks for reviewing, I'm glad that you enjoyed it! The 'Chapter 6' was an error on my part and it has been corrected. I originally was going to keep this as part of the first story and it would have been the 6th chapter. Thanks for pointing that out. I had a wonderful vacation but it's nice to be home again. I'll be posting the next chapter on Monday or Tuesday. There should be 5 chapters in all and 4 of them are finished now. Lots and lots of Theodred coming up for you. :) I never planned on writing a story featuring Theodred, but he's really growing on me. | |

| You do excel in description Radbooks. I think that the children are doing very well considering. And yes, I, at least, love details like the meaning of names. | This is a great start to the story. I can't wait to see what happens on his day out with the children. Now why do I think it won't quite be as easy as he thinks? ;) I did like his memories of sneaking out when he was younger, too. Author Reply: Thanks, Misty! | Nice start, Radbooks. I really like what you're doing with Theodred. He's scarcely present in canon and not much in fanfic, so there's wonderful possibilities there. Author Reply: Thanks, Daw. I'm enjoying getting to 'know' Theodred myself. :) I never thought to write about him and the Rohirrim at all, I've always been drawn to Aragorn and the Rangers. But I find that it's the children that I really enjoy writing and now Theodred is starting to take over, which is okay with me! | |

| Looking after children makes you realise many things about yourself and your own childhood as Theodred is finding out! Glad he is beginning to appreciate how the other occupants of his home help to raise him. Author Reply: Thanks for reviewing! You're so right, there are so many things about your childhood you take for granted and I think that in Theodred's case he would have been surrounded by people that really cared for him... at least in 'my world' they did! :) | |
