Omg!!! They were so close! Damn your evil muse....*cuddles Estel and Legolas*

Author Reply: They were. It seems that just as they get a taste of freedom, the boom is lowered on them yet again. I think L & A could definitely use some cuddling about now.

Oh, my gooooooodness! i think the rapids just fell out from under them and threw them over the falls! You really are not going to be tired of this any time soon, are you? But yes, we enjoy every word of their plight!

Author Reply: That would definitely be an Oh, my goodness! I have to tell you that the plot nunny is having a ball, and since he knows how much everyone is enjoying his evil plot, he sees no reason to ever quit. *I must rein that little fur ball in.*

Do you really like torturing poor Legolas like this? Poor guy! He's been through the mill this time.

Author Reply: Yes, I do. But then, think of how well he gets through the Quest because of these experiences now. (Are you buying that logic?) :o)

LadyLegolasReviewed Chapter: 36 on 10/6/2008
Poor Legolas! Boy..when/if these two ever make it back to Rivendell...*whistles*. I can only imagine the week long lecture Lord Elrond will have in store for them. ;D Come on Aragorn and Legolas! Aragorn...Carrio! Legolas...Tolo dan nan galad! lol Our beloved Elf prince and determined ranger seem to get themselves into the WORST predicaments!! lol

Author Reply: Poor Legolas, indeed. I was thinking the same thing about Lord Elrond and his lectures. Legolas said he would drink a tub of that tea. He may live to regret saying that. :o)

Yes, they do. But, think of all the fun we have reading and writing about it!

Oh no! Just when things seemed to be going right, this had to happen. And a fall can't be good for Legolas at the moment :(

Author Reply: Oh yes. Good things always seem to be followed with bad ones, don't they? I don't think the fall will be good for any of them. We'll have to see how it goes. :o)

Not again!

Author Reply: Yep, again. :o)

OH NO!!! Just when all seems to be working out for good!!! LOL Come on, Estel and Legolas!! Be more alert! LOL :D

Author Reply: Well, you should know that if things are looking good, they can't stay that way for long.

I think they were too busy joking and being tired to be as alert as they should, and now, they seem about to pay for that. :o)

At least they are together again. Things are looking better - or... they were!

Author Reply: That is the one good thing at the moment. I think they are going to need each other pretty soon.

I ...uh... believe the writer has been called CRUEL before this? A roller coaster? With the way you have had their two story lines rushing seamlessly back together it feels like two rivers in flood, which have now joined at a rocky spot to create thundering rapids. I hope you are in no danger of getting tired of the story soon?

Author Reply: I believe you are right. If roller coasters had existed in Middle-earth, L & A would definitely think they were on one - going full force backwards! I love your rivers in flood, thundering rapids imagery. They probably feel that way, too.

We'll see what the plot bunny has in store.

harrowcatReviewed Chapter: 34 on 8/25/2008
Ah well the situation has improved to the point that they know that each has survived the river - again! I love how they each want to rescue the other!

Author Reply: That knowledge has got to lift their spirits, and that can help them in their determination to escape. Glad you love that part. Their's is a selfless friendship, which is the strongest kind.
