I love you! lol Oh and I love your story's plot too! *teehee* (sorry I am such a nerd..^-^) Poor little Hobbits I always feel so sad when I read these hurt/comfort stories...my stomach seems to turn in nervous knots. Okay enough of my ramblings.... For now anyway... I think that this is a wonderful opening chapter. Keep up the great work! lots of love --Katie Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review and kind comments. I'm so pleased that you are enjoying my first effort at Tolkien fanfiction. I love reading hurt/comfort stories as well as writing them. I promise there is plenty more to come !

I'm not sure whether this is book or movieverse, since the time-frame seems to differ a bit from the book; and some characters are missing, but I'm enjoying it. Aragorn has to learn that he is not an Energizer Bunny, and can't just pour out the healing energy without his own strength waning. Physician, heal thyself, indeed! Or come up with a way to combine athelas and tea and imbibe it frequently during those long stretches of healing... Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I wasn't at all sure what I was doing when I wrote it, but hope to continue the polishing.I do mention some of the other characters later, like Imrahil and Eomer. I would not mind some athelas tea myself, but I guess tea will have to suffice !Aragorn still hasn't learned about 6 stories later to take things easy !
