| Love your energetic, wee Pip! :D Frodo does have many questions and I can udnerstand that Bilbo finds it difficult to answer and how much to say. Frodo is still very young. And the Ranger teaching Merry tracking? Ì bet Merry will be a good student and proud of the skills he`ll obtain, boosting about them until Frodo and Pip (and everyone else) get tired of hearing about it, lol. | |

| Eee!! I love this chapter! I love Frodo and Bilbo's conversation (a realistic concern for Frodo, and I like how Bilbo handled it) and all the cute Pippin-ness! Dwawing fwogs and carved wooden ducks, and wriggling with happiness! Your wee Pippin is so cute, I wish he could have stayed longer! *wriggles* | |

I mean, I really do.” I really like the way you've given Halbarad that extra bit of personality, and pippin wanting to learn to 'twack' even if he didn't know what it meant! this was a really nice updtae....but something tells me this story's going to end soon. You must must write something else from this universe!! | |

| Pippin touched one of the crutches with his toe. “Do you weally like my ducks?” “I weally... I mean, I really do.” LOL! The Tookish accent is really infectious, isn't it? I liked the talk between Bilbo and Frodo. Bilbo answers were very gentle and reassuring. | |

| “'That youngster enjoys every experience as if he will not see another sunrise,' Thalguron marveled." Such a perfect summation of toddlers' complete absorption in "now". Wee Pippin is so delightful! This really is a restful, healing story. I can't wait for more. | |

| I'm sure that conversation with Bilbo was very difficult for Frodo, but you handled it beautifully, allowing Bilbo to ease Frodo's fears even though he couldn't make the promise Frodo wanted. And of course, wee!Pippin. So cute with his ducks wandering up the side of Halbarad's crutch. :) | |

| I enjoyed the talk a great deal! Poor Frodo, I so wish his parents would still be with him. Pippin and ducks and 'fwogs', eh? That reminds me a lot of little Frodo's tadpoles. Note to self: must write anohter tadpole story :) | |
