Oh geeze! You've got me humming "If I Were a Rich Man..." only it's "If I Were a Dark Lord..." *snerk* Don't you just love the way folks come up with all these things? I've seen lists of How Not to Be a Dark Lord, or something of the sort, and they all seem to start out with: "Never put all your power into one object that can be destroyed." *giggle* And I love the way Daisy wants to have the Ring-wraiths color coordinated. I had this image in my mind of nine wraiths each in a different rainbow color, riding on My Little Ponies. This is such a hoot. Da-da-da-da-dah-da-dee-dee-dee-dee-dee-dee-da... Author Reply: Ah, yes, the "things not to do if you're an evil overlord" or whatever it's called. I had that in mind while writing this also. My Little Ponies! LOL! But if they were all different colors of the rainbow, then it would be more along the lines of Rainbow Bright. :D Glad this gave you a chuckle. Thanks for reading!

Loved how Pippin agreed with anyone that was speaking. Safer that way. LOL Also liked the pink robes! Lots of fun to read all around! Author Reply: Pippin is such an easy-going lad, but I can also see him trying to mediate in an argument and agreeing with both sides! Negotiation won't be his strong point. ;) Nazgul in pink - Sauron would have lost the war as soon as they rode out of Minas Morgul! Thanks for the review. :D

Now you have me humming in my mind, "If I were a dark lord, didle deedle didle deedle didle didle dum...." A hilarious examination of the foolishness of Sauron! Lovely! Author Reply: LOL, if only Sauron had had them for advisors! The Ring-wraiths would have been riding around in pastel robes on dainty horses, and the orcs would have well-balanced meals five times a day. And he might not have been so grouchy and mean himself. ;) Thanks for reading!

“Well, if I were a dark lord, I’d let my troops eat something other than maggoty bread,” Primrose said, scrunching up her nose with distaste. “That couldn’t have tasted very good and if they’d had better things to eat, they might not have been so grouchy and mean.” “I think you’re missing the point of being a dark lord,” Goldilocks said. Oh how I adore Sam's children! This is just marvelous from start to finish. Author Reply: Sam has an adorable brood. Those kids would melt the Dark Lord's heart. :) Thanks for the review!
