Reflections from the Paradise of Elves  by Bodkin 11 Review(s)
daw the minstrelReviewed Chapter: 80 on 2/12/2006
So these three are plotting love for Glorfindel and a new baby for Elrond and Celebrian? Why don't they just work on Galadriel getting pregnant too?

The way the baby calls back memories of baby Arwen is touching. And I like Legolas's idea that things aren't gone just because we can't see them.

Author Reply: What the brave warriors of yesteryear are reduced to! Love and babies! They'll be taking up knitting next! They're trying to twist my arm, but I'm resisting. There are too many elflings already. They don't need more. Well - maybe they do, but I certainly don't.

I do (had you noticed?) like recollections of Arwen. And I think they would spend time talking about her and Estel when they were together. And Legolas has had to work out a more developed philosophy related to the Gift than most elves. More, even, than the twins. Because his concerns are not just men but also dwarves. And hobbits.
