| I love Paladin's decision in this case. What started out as a wonderful night for everyone has certainly turned out to be terrible. I keep hoping that someone will find a way to save Opal's leg. And poor Pippin! I dare say that he'll not get any sleep in light of what he has heard. Can't wait for more! Author Reply: Yes, I was sorry to spoil the Ball, after I worked so hard to set it up, but at least everyone had a good time to begin with. It's upset him, to say the least. To find out that a relative wished you were dead, just to gain a material advantage would be pretty devastating. | |
