| Merry's attack - understandable, but a tad undiplomatic. Should help with the interrogation though. I think Daddy Banks has lost the game. Now, what are you going to do with Reggie's family - at one point extermination seemed best, but now that Opal is suffering, there has to be some kind of redemption - at least for her and probably for her silly sisters. Hyacinth, though, is probably beyond saving. Have her eaten by a passing troll. I look forward to finding out. Author Reply: This was something Merry had wanted to do for *ten years*. He wasn't about to miss the opportunity. It may have unexpected repercussions for him, though. Clodio? He's a loser all the way around.
