| That was beautiful, truly. I thought your characterisation of Frodo, especially, was perfect; damaged goods, but worth every penny - like a rare antique. His interractions with the other hobbits were wonderful too, especially that last little incident with Pippin. Thank you for this lovely fic! Author Reply: Thank you! | It is trying heart-wrenching to think that Frodo lost all hope at the end: "There was no way back," Frodo murmured. "I knew we'd never come back..." And I think there was a time when he did - but luckly for him and us - ever faithful, loyal and trustworthy Sam was there to guide him to safety. YAY SAM. Very nicely written Shirebound.
