Ai, this is one of the funniest things I have read in a long time. I was immagining Treebeard sounding like Chip and Dale or something. Heh, what were the Elves thinking teaching daisies to speak? Daisy petals on Merry's feet, Legolas thinking Aragorn and Gimli cracked, Saruman loves me; loves me not... Is it possible too die of mirth? I think I might...

Hi Bryn,

Oh, this was hilarious. Truly, wonderfully inspired. I laughed till I cried. Thank you!!

Haha that was funny. Treebeard, Lord of the Daisies and Ruler of Fangorn. That's too funny. Poor Legolas, someone need to assure him that he is very sane. I didn't quite get where this idea came from, but perhaps it's better if I never find out...Keep writing-and might I suggest a sequel Out of the Frying Pan and into the Fire? I'd enjoy your point of view on one of my favorite topics: how Legolas and Gimli became friends.

“Hmmm?”  Aragorn, who had been pondering several excuses to present Eomer regarding the missing Rohirrim horses, snapped out of his reverie.

Saints preserve us! How many times have I seen that movie and seen that scene and never ONCE wondered what happened to Hasufel and Garulf?

Mental note to self: stop drooling over grimy ranger and take time to wonder why ANYBODY would taste a strange black substance sitting on a leaf -- "Orc Blood!" Gimli spat. "Either that or squirrel piss!"

Started giggling over the exact variety of daisy. I have now COMPLETELY taken leave of my senses.

Bryn,

I do not know how I failed to review this the first time I read it. Having just re-read it and, even knowing what was to come, I am an absolute puddle of laughter. You are a total maniac and an inspiration to us all.

Bless you! I hope you write more of your divine insanity soon.

That was a very entertaining read! Well-written and _very_ funny!

I have a weakness for Haldir and all other things concerning the Golden Wood, so that was one of my favorite parts, but I also throughoughy enjoyed Merry & Pippin's interaction in regards to Treebeard and also the remark about having a word with Legolas on the idiocy of his kindred for teaching the Ents to speak. :)

God bless,
-Sara
