The Green Grave  by Ellynn 11 Review(s)
Adonnen EstennielReviewed Chapter: Prologue on 4/7/2011
I loved your collective use of 'we' throughout this piece. It was really charming and gave the narrative a lilting style that was truly wonderful. 'Their' description of Arwen was wonderful; I thought you gave her observed character a wonderful amount of depth and wisdom, as befits her role in the story.

Also, just out of curiosity, who was the 'we' who narrated this piece? They sounded like Men, which I found to be interesting. I'm not as familiar with Lothlórien as I should be. (Not suggesting you go something wrong, just genuinely interested, hah)

Anyway, fantastic piece!

Author Reply: The narrators are the trees, of course. I mention "our leaves" and "our roots" now and then. ;)
Thank you so much for your kind review. :)
