| Ah, if only all battles could be won by roaring Old Dragons! Lynda Author Reply: Wouldn't it be wonderful! Incidentally, there's a well-authenticated account of a Spanish army in the Peninsular War that was so terrified by the sound of its own volley that it ran away en masse. It's used in one of Bernard Cornwell's novels. I had that in mind when writing this story. | |
