| Seems I have to remember to read warnings more carefully - nearly spit my cappuccino at the screen when Maranwë threatened to change allegiances ;-) Oh Fiondil, that was hilarious! All these reactions to Thranduil in the Halls of Mandos ... *ROFL!* Can you imagine Thranduil and Glorfindel team up there in Valinor after they sailed? Not to mention the Elrondionnath? *grin* Can Valar get grey hairs? Anyway, as funny it was, I felt a bit sorry for Thranduil. Behind his accusations it is too obvious how much he feared to lose his son. It would clearly have devastated him. This stupid elf shouldn't have told him anything - but we have probably to be thankful that he at least not mentioned *how* Legolas died! Author Reply: The warnings are there for a reason, you know and not to be taken likely. *grin* Glad you found this so hilarious. I'm not sure if the Valar can get grey hair or not, but I'm sure they're working on it. Whatever Thranduil's faults, he does love his son and it would have devastated him to the point of possibly fading if Legolas had died indeed. I think everyone is happy that he never finds out just *how* Legolas died. No one would ever hear the end of it. Thanks for reviewing. I really appreciate it. | |

| Aw, Ada Thranduil was just worried about his Little Leaf! Bad Fiondil for killing him off like that, but what a way for a Sindaran Prince to go, skewered by a tree,he's never going to live it down! (snort, giggle) I can just see Thranduil, "You WHAT!!! Fell on a tree branch, just don't let your Dearadar find out, for Eru's sake!" Even Námo realized how embarrassing it would've been for him, which is why he danced around that particular bush as well. *grin* | |
