| This is really gotten my attention. I am enjoying it very much. I am feeling some apprehension for the twins, but on the one hand they do need to be punished somehow. | From the pedagogic POV, the twins had to be punished for their disobedience, but from the emotional one, I still felt sorry for them. I can just imagine how boring lessons with Erestor are in comparison to archery with Glorfindel or one of his warriors! And to wipe the floor in this way *is* boring. But Elrond is right, it was necessary. And now I am so curious what they have in mind! Author Reply: So true, it really is boring. However, Uruin is a 'dangerous' herb, and apart from punishing his sons, Elrond also meant to instill on them just how risky the spilling of even a tiny bit of Uruin can be. However, I would never wish this on a human child. When I wrote this chapter, I kept in mind that Elladan and Elrohir are elves, which means that they do have a little more patience and endurance than human children. Otherwise the punishment would have been a little severe, don't you agree? ;) Thanks for your review! ~Esteliel | |

| Huh, where did you go? When I returned to read the multi-chaptered story, I was rather surprised to see all the stories gone. Glad you uploaded them again. Poor little elflings! Of course they should have listened to their Ada not to touch anything while he was away - and of course they couldn't resist. I can *so* see how fascinating this stuff is for them. Err ... why do I have the feeling Glorfindel could end up with bright red hair? Author Reply: Glorfindel with red hair? lol! That is an interesting thought! Will it happen...? Just you wait and see!
