| I did not think it was possible for this story to become any more intensive. Clearly I was wrong. Please, I can't take any more of this! Get that shard out of Frodo! LKK Author Reply: LKK, it constantly amazes me what pours out when I focus on a time period in LotRs. Who would have thought there was all this drama and emotion, just waiting for some hapless writer to explore it? I think I need to focus on some bright, happy time periods after this... (Nope, too late. I'm on chapter five of a new story and it's too late.) | |

| BL . . . you have excelled yourself. This is amazing. I found myself racing through the text to find out what was going to happen next. So many wonderful details . . . Gandalf's staff . . . the curtains . . . the movement of Frodo's flesh as Elrond's fingers slipped inside. This story is a keeper. Author Reply: Elwen, these words coming from the author of "Tolo Dan Na Ngalad," which I have read possibly 20 times and several times during the course of this story, are words that will be treasured in my heart.
