| I've often wondered that, myself. And my characters seem to be of the same mind. (Excepting the healers, of course, who are often apologising that the draught doesn't taste worse. (Or Pippin might have muttered to himself, creeping away with the Palantir, You only go around once in life. So grab for the gusto! | Ha, very funny! I am familiar with those ads (being from the US), and that is perfect. The other thing I've heard done with this scene is to interpret "a great host, you say?" as Theoden taking a compliment for the hospitality of his hall, which is much improved with Grima gone ;). Author Reply: I've always enjoyed the Geico ads, especially the ones I just spoofed, and the ones with the hypersensitive cavemen. :-) | |
