A touching acount of the days passing in Gondor.I like the way you link your stories together.Frodo's vision is all too true. I like the idea of Aragorn popping in and out of the house.I'm quite surprised Faramir can cook(other than on a camp fire) given his upbringing. I have ARagorn scouring pots and washing shirts in a draft I'm working on,though in a very different context to this ! Author Reply: You never know what a ranger on his own might get up to, particularly if someone in Osgiliath manages to find enough of a kitchen left to actually do some cooking of sorts. Maybe Faramir didn't know a lot about cooking, but I'm certain he'd be glad to learn, and particularly from Aragorn and the Hobbits. As for Aragorn scouring pots and washing shirts--I'm certain he did both! Heh! | |
