How happy I was to see the alert and find a new story from you, and you do not disapoint this is so lovely, poor Legolas, freeing pigs and then having to come home and face his brothers teasing.
He is still young enough to be flustered and upset by them even when they do not mean to upset him (too much)
This is a wonderful start to a new story and I can't wait until the next chapter arrives
Now I have something to look forward to

Author Reply: It seems to be ages ago since I last wrote about Legolas so I figure it's about time to do so. In other words, I've finally managed to come up with a half-decent story line (I hope, anyway).

Yes, poor Legolas. Bad enough to be chasing after pigs, but to get the teasing on top of it. Not really the heroic warrior image he has in mind.

Thanks for reading and reviwing.

Oh cool! Another story from you.

Looks like Legolas has done some growing but still has some to do. I can understand his frustrations (chasing pigs isn't exactly what he bargained for), but in a few years, I'll bet he'll look back on this and wish he had more of these quiet times.

Author Reply: It's been a while since I've had a new story - HUGE writer's block in coming up with story ideas. That's why it never ceases to amaze and impress me how you can write all those wonderful stories of yours with hardly a break in between. It makes me green with envy.

You are probably quite right that Legolas will look back on chasing pigs with a certain fondness, especially when he's being chased by orcs and other nasties in the not so distant future.
