| Wow! Fantastic idea - I can't wait to read more. There's so much you could do with this theme. It's an excellent start, and like I said, I'm hanging on for the next part. Have vague ideas about "Explorer, poet, artist, singer and scribe" - as Pippin's name means "wanderer", I'd have thought this would be him. Scribe - Bilbo? Since he wrote a lot in M-E? | AU indeed, but what a lovely concept! And after all, unless one becomes as a little child.... The reactions of Celebrian and Elrond tugged at my heart, and Gandalf is a joy. | Oh, this is wonderful. I always thought it was so sad that Merry and Pippin had to stay behind in Middle Earth while the others all went West. I love AU stories anyway, and this is just fantastic. "Explorer, poet, artist, singer and scribe." I wonder who will fill each roll. I have an idea on a couple of them, but nothing beyond a doubt. Oh, this is going to be so much fun.
