| It amazes me how skillfully you can weave together so many storylines, Daw! And the scene at the end between Legolas and Thranduil was very powerful. I could feel Legolas' anguish, as well as his father's once he realizes Legolas wouldn't have interrupted him without good reason. Another great chapter. Author Reply: Thank you, Leaward. I was a little worried about the multiple threads in this one, but they seem to be coming together. I still have some stuff to sort out, but I think I can do it in one more chapter. Of course, that's what I thought before I started writing this one. :-) Thranduil would be horrified if he knew how close Legolas came to leaving without spilling the beans, but in the end, Legolas decided to trust his father. And with good reason too! | |
