| That is profound and very moving, Bodkin. I could never have imagined becoming sympathetic with Minastan, but you made that happen. Beautiful, and hopeful, too... - Barbara Author Reply: Thank you. He didn't start off - or become - a particularly favourite character, but the more his backstory developed, the sorrier I felt for him. And in Valinor, where everyone should find healing, you are left with a bit of a problem - what can you do with a misfit elf? I hope eventually he will be reborn as he should have been. | |
