Sweet story! I'm glad Frodo's prediction was correct about Pimmie needing both names. With the babes named after his parents it is a little remembrance for him, too, when he has sailed west. I love this idea!
Author Reply: Yes, I am so very saddened by the idea that Frodo was the last of the Bagginses. I know JRRT had his reasons, but it just seems so awful, the thought of no Bagginses in the Shire. So I try to do what I can to ameliorate it. And my post-quest Frodo seems only to be made happy by honor shown to others, not himself. So Pimpernel could not have done anything to please him better.
