| Yep, I've known a few Pippins also. I try to tell them not everyone is worth liking, but they never listen. Those Bankses deserve what they got, even if they had to wait 20 years or however long it was to get it. A whole bottle of wine and brandy? It's a miralce Pippin survived. Author Reply: And yet it is just the reason we love these people--their optimism and willingness to forgive. Still, sometimes it makes life hard for them. Actually, it was only 10 years, though it must have felt like 20 to Merry, LOL! And yes, it was another one of those miracles Pip pulled through. You'd think that maybe the lad had a purpose in life or something, wouldn't you? 8-D | |
