It is simply fantastic how you mix Rohirrim and family life together. Eomer's feelings of unwantedness is so...realistic as that is how it is in families.

Author Reply: Yes, Kitt, Eomer is feeling a little low at the moment, but his family do care...as you well know. Eokat.

Poor Eomer. He feels so alone and I can see why. What use is a baby to him, particularly when the baby take up all his mother's time? It's nice to see all these folks so happy together though. That's how I picture the Rohirrim too.

Author Reply: Yes, Daw, I always imagine the Rohirrim to be a happy community, looking to their own and caring deeply for their kin. I was extremely disappointed to seeing how TTT was portrayed Edoras. It made it look small and bleak. According to the books, over 1,000 riders left for Helms Deep from there only, before the rest arrived from other areas. I have always imagined it as being a much larger, prosperous city. Eokat

I better learn to stop reading things like this lest my maternal longing turn the rest of my childhood into drudgery. I'm only fourteen and yet there's nothing I want more than to be happily married with a family. Ug, how time drags, while it yet flies by.

But anyway, I loved this! Eomer's relationship with his parents, especially his father, was wonderful and well felt. I can't wait until the next chapter is uploaded. :)

Your descriptions were beautiful, the love between husband and wife, son and parents, and the entire family and Eowyn. The kids playing in the mud, the men yelling and cheering in the hall while Theodwyn's trying the SLEEP! *shakes head* Men.

Please don't rush yourself, but please don't take too long to update! :)

Author Reply: Thank you Chigger, I like to think that Eomer had a very close, loving relationship with his parents. Eokat.

Oh, I love your story very much. It makes me think back when I was waiting for my brothers to be born.

Author Reply: Thank you for your kind words. They are much appreciated.

Oh much better! I am now all teary eyed and warm at the loving picture you have given us. I also loved the picture of muddy, wet Eomer trying to dam the water with his friends. That was so realistic. This was just great.

Author Reply: Thank you for your kind review, Daw. It took me a while and tons of patience to get the formatting right, but I won in the end. As to Eomer being wet and muddy, I have a photo of my own son when he came home in a similar state, I just had to take his picture!!!
