OMG the woman gounged out her own eyes? *Deep breath* How horrible!!! Ride Legolas, ride!!! You must save your foolish king from his own folly. Ye Gods, what next?

Ouch. Bergil's poor head. I enjoy Legolas' respones to the curiousity of mortals. Glowing Legolas...Shh! Not so loud! The fangirls will hear!

Where did Bitaliel get the box? From her home? At first I thought that it was the box the Silmaril came in, but then I realized that it had washed up boxless. What did I miss?

*Groans* Why did Aragorn look at it in Bitaliel's prescense? Stupid, stupid, man. At least exercise the proper self control and WAIT until later. Has he no brains? (Sorry for ranting.)

Ew. Gross. Why would she do that? Pain yes, but...ugh.

Stone for the Elfstone...*shivers*

Does she not wish to see the stone? Is that it?

I loved the visual of Arwen running down the hall. I want to look like that at night, instead of something that makes others shriek. :)

Author Reply: Yes, BAD ARAGORN! BAD!

Seeing as Bitaliel's insane (um, no pun intended there), I suppose in an odd crazy sort of way it would make sense for her to gouge her eyes out. You're right--she doesn't want to see the stone. And she thinks the only way to avoid doing so is to get rid of her eyes. That way she won't see it even by accident.

My Arwen impersonation would probably consist of me tripping over said flowing nightgown and tumbling down several flights of stairs... Curse those Elves and their light-footedness. :)
