Agape's Airs & Arias - NOT!  by Agape4Gondor 41 Review(s)
TariReviewed Chapter: 17 on 5/15/2008
Wow, Agape. This is awesome. I got chills reading it and tears filled my eyes.

Did Boromir really think Faramir would forget him? Did he think he would not be forgiven? No way would that have happened. The statue left me without words. What a beautiful idea.

Ah! How we pray for Minas Tirith's lost son, now reassured that he is yet loved and accepted.

Author Reply: A dear friend's mom died and my thoughts were on remembrancing our loved ones and their struggle as they wait to 'cross over' and this came out...

It was good to 'free' Boromir.......... *sobs*

Blessings!

How beautiful! A lovely piece!

Author Reply: Thank you - every time I hear the word Battlements, I think of Boromir and the part of the song that Aragorn sang for him on the shores of Nen Hithoel....

Ah, how the Ring causes the counterfiet words to echo in his heart.

Very appropriate!

Author Reply: But the genuine ones finally won out! As did Boromir! Hooray for Middle-earth!

This is a lovely, heartaching scene from the movie - it was wonderful that not only the love between FrodoandSam was celebrated but also MerryandPippin. Long live hobbity love! The world needs it!

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Author Reply: Bless you too! I'm glad you liked it - very difficult time for all - but I think most especially for the Hobbits.

Courage and hope and love. Where would Frodo be without Sam? Where would Sam be without Frodo? Two bodies, one heart, one soul.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Author Reply: Ah! When first I read the book, I totally fell in love with Sam and his great heart... Frodo might have been his example!

OOO! really interesting! Such a unique point of view :-) What a loss to the woods.

Author Reply: Indeed, PT - it was a terrible loss to the woods. I wonder if Galadriel left anything behind as a momento? Oh dear - another nasty Nuzgul!

Thanks, as always, for reading and reviewing!

Lots of tears for dear Frodo. He had a hard road to walk.

Author Reply: He did, PT, but he had Sam!
