well written and interesting. Ending was rushed and wrapped up too fast, like author became bored. After the careful details of the preceding chapters this was disappointing.

What would be interesting if in later years, Lord Elessar King of Gondor brought the fisherman from Belfalas and his brother in to answer some...questions

Author Reply: Hmm... I wonder if the fishermen will live that long... LOL!! Good thought though :)

And of the line... and they lived happely ever after... =)
I have had so much fun reading this story. Our heros were never more invinsible and immortal, even with severe injuries..; *wait, well, elves are immortal, so...* :D and Arwen saves the day! Yeah :) LOL now I just imagine a conversation between three brothers and their friend, some weeks after they are all recovered and safely home again. "I'm bored" "Me too" "Estel, what do we do? " "MMM... Go fishing?" "Maybe Adar will come with us." "You mean, before or after he kills us for making such a suggestion?" "Life can be interesting, is it not?" "It sure is".

Nice work. I love good adventures. And I love my elves and my heir of Isildur even more :D looking foreward to the next one!!!

Author Reply: LOL!!!!! Those four will drive Elrond crazy! I have no doubt that Elrond will kill them all before he lets them go fishing. Who knows what would happen. Perhaps they will catch themselves a great white shark and then get bitten into pieces. LMAO!!! Murphy's Law always applies to them :P

Are you goint to save Elladan from serious injuries again? it seems he's quite the lucky one so far.

Wow, what a turn! First Elrond's enemy is not dead, and then the captain betrays them! Yet the recovery of Legolas seems quite forced (and I don't think he could make it). I wonder if Elrond can save the day and slay the bad captain as well as he bested Moririme. Just a nice cliffe!

Author Reply: To keep you on the edge of the cilff :D

Don't get me wrong, but the conditon of the heroes (especially Legolas)- as it was plainly pointed out over the last chapters - simply doesn't work with humour. It might be true that it's a "man's thing" to cope with serious situations by laughing at them, but it seems kind of odd to find it right after the rescue (or interim solution since there are more perils ahead). Though I have to admit that Legolas' sentence 'if they will ever be out on a trip without getting into serious danger' sums up the story poignantly.
