| I can imagine that in time the times of resting would be viewed with distaste and even some fear. Alas for them all. Author Reply: ... And perhaps that is why there is no song about the Grinding Ice, even a lament for those who perished there. I tried to imagine how it might be like, and this pale rendition was the result.
