Nov 27:     Craftsman (Fourth Age, The Glittering Caves, Rohan)

Gimli gently blew the remaining stone dust from the engraved image and turned it so that the light and shadow would more clearly define the design. He nodded approvingly.  “That’s better, but it still needs something.”

Legolas, swathed in a leather apron, his long hair tied back out of the way, frowned at his friend. “It’s just the way I wanted it to look, Gimli.  And I did it like you showed me.”

“Aye, laddie, you did.  But you left off the most important part.” The Dwarf handed the carved white stone tile back to Legolas.

“What?”

“Your maker’s mark.”
