You lowered yourself afore me, your back to me, and while I was puttin' my arms 'bout your neck, you lifted me by the legs. You groaned real loud, like I was heavy as a sack o' stones.

I were gigglin' too loud to hear what you said as you took off a-gallopin' up the Hill with me clingin' to your back, pretendin' you were a pony.

Reckon I won't never forget how strong you felt then, dark hair ticklin' my nose as I bounced up and down, firm grip of your hands tellin' me I were safe with you.

That's one of my best memories, Mr. Frodo.
