(Scene: Helm's Deep. Aragorn and Gimli exit the keep through a secret side gate, to attack the orcs who are assailing the main door. They edge around the cliff face and observe the orcs from across a wide gap. Aragorn looks doubtful.)

Gimli: Oh, come on. We can take them!

Aragorn: It's a long way.

Gimli (after a moment's thought): Toss me.

Aragorn: What?

Gimli: I cannot jump the distance. You'll have to toss me. (He stops Aragorn as the Man reaches for him.) Ehh... Don't tell the Elf.

Aragorn: What happens in Helm's Deep stays in Helm's Deep.

(He tosses Gimli onto the orcs.)
