Biography:   I am a long time lover of books and reading. It makes sense I suppose in light of those passions, that I ended up as a librarian. I found Tolkien in high school, and fell in love with him. I cried, loudly, when Gandalf fell. When he returned I leapt with joy. Thankfully my parents were well accustomed to my peculiarities and smiled complacently at my antics. I found another reader and Tolkien lover in high school, we were such geeks, and we became roommates in college. She was an art major so there were pictures of hobbit holes and wizards and elves all over our dorm room. She is still my best friend, and we both still love Tolkien. I have a tradition of rereading the books every year, in front of the fireplace (they are so winter books) with warm buttered toast and hot tea, cream and sugar a must. I always find something new and interesting in them. I have written for a long time, journals, essays, and now I am trying something new with fan fiction. Life is good as long as there are books to read and stories to write.

bullet The Green Knight and the Master of Esgaroth by Le Rouret Last Updated: 3/21/2020
Esgaroth is far from Gondor, and its doings rarely affect Legolas, Lord of Dol Galenehtar, and Gimli, Lord of Aglarond. But there is a new Master in Lake Town, deceitful and divisive, sowing discord between the Elves and the Dwarves. Legolas and Gimli travel to northern Rhovanion to sort things out … and find themselves wrapped in a mystery darker than they had anticipated. *NOTE* My personal life has finally settled down, and the story will soon be finished, I promise.
