Sorry for the typos, I was, and still am, writing from a phone. I meant: glad he likes Faramir here, I hope he still will when Éowyn and Faramir start courting.

Fimbrethil · 12 June 2025 · Chapter 1: Chapter One

Awww...he meets Lothíriel and Faramir. But will be still like Faramir shen the latter meets Éowyn and starts courting her?

Ajones · 30 March 2019 · Chapter 5: Epilogue

Love this story, I couldn’t stop reading it. I loved the beginning and how she doesn’t make her “appearance “ until way later, the suspense of it hooked me. Thank you for writing such a beautiful love story.

whitewave · 20 June 2016 · Chapter 5: Epilogue

Enjoyed the detail that she actually remembered him! Lovely story and unique because it's from a male POV.

Author's reply

Yes, I have written most from Lothy's pov - but like a change sometimes. Thanks for reading.LBJ

Lovely to see this when I logged on today. And what a perfect finish, with them both having kept their tokens - and both thinking to return them at that point - lovely.

Author's reply

Yes, That's what I wanted. It was supposed to be a oneshot but grew a bit. Thanks for reviewing. LBJ

Linda Hoyland · 23 February 2016 · Chapter 4: Chapter 4

A most enjoyable chapter. I felt as if I were in Dol Amroth.

curiouswombat · 19 January 2016 · Chapter 4: Chapter 4

I managed to miss this when you posted it - I'm so glad that I noticed it now. Somehow I don't think they will be all that upset at being pushed a bit by Erchirion!

Author's reply

Probably not. And Imrahil will no doubt be pleased.LBJ

ainisarie · 13 January 2016 · Chapter 4: Chapter 4

You just had to know Erchirion would find them sooner or later. I don't think either of them regrets it.

Author's reply

I imagine not. Takes the decision away and they can always blame her brother.LBJ

inglor · 13 January 2016 · Chapter 3: Chapter three

YAY! more LBJ. Love the writing. The best escape ever. Glad you have returned to the keyboard.

Author's reply

Well I am struggling - but working on the last bit now. LBJ

Larner · 11 January 2016 · Chapter 4: Chapter 4

I was pretty certain they'd get caught eventually! Lovely evening, even with having to deal with a pickpocket!

Author's reply

Yes, they just had to. And she had to see him in warrior pose! LBJ

whitewave · 16 December 2015 · Chapter 3: Chapter three

So delighted to read Lothy's debut. I am curious if you would also give us a glimpse of her POV...I'm liking how Eomer is getting protective already and that he is wanting to get to know her more--which is a good sign.

Author's reply

Sorry - it's all written from her pov. This time! LBJ

whitewave · 16 December 2015 · Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Loved the dialogue and interaction between Eomer, Faramir and Imrahil. The excitement is building up as well for Lothy's "reunion" with Eomer.

Author's reply

Thanks. I love to hear them converse with each other. LBJ

Larner · 11 December 2015 · Chapter 3: Chapter three

Ah, but I am glad the same spontaneous girl lives inside the lady's body, and that she thinks he will go with her as he did before. I am certain she recognizes him!

Author's reply

Perhaps - but it does him good to wonder. LBJ

Linda Hoyland · 11 December 2015 · Chapter 3: Chapter three

This is a most enjoyable story and a different and fresh slant on this romance. I love your Eomer.

Author's reply

Thanks - it's amazing any of us can come up with something new.LBJ

curiouswombat · 11 December 2015 · Chapter 3: Chapter three

" ‘You could, but then you are probably unaware of some of the other choices that have been mooted for me.’ " Nice one Lothiriel! I do like this glimpse of the inner Lothy under the gliding, swan-like, exterior.

Author's reply

Can't let him get too big-headed. LBJ

Larner · 19 November 2015 · Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Now, this is a situation fraught with potential for disaster! I look forward to seeing how the meeting goes. Heh!

Author's reply

Not too much disaster - just a little indecision on EOmer's part. LBJ

someone · 19 November 2015 · Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Poor Eomer, just one day to decide if he wants to marry Lothiriel! That is much to ask of him. It was entertaining to read their discussion, as Eomer didn't have a chance of defending himself against Imrahil's ideas.

Author's reply

No, he hasn't much of a chance.LBJ

UTfrog · 19 November 2015 · Chapter 2: Chapter 2

So happy to see an update today. I am really enjoying this. Can't wait for their second meeting. Thank you.

Author's reply

Thanks. Hope you enjoy. LBJ

Eirinn Leigh · 15 November 2015 · Chapter 1: Chapter One

Good start but Lothy's mother was alive and well at the time of her betrothal (Thunder and Lightening) so why is she dead here? Did her father re-marry?

Author's reply

THis story has nothing to do with Thunder and Lightening. I write lots about Lothiriel and she and her circumstances change in every story. I try to give her a different personality as well. Eomer tends to stay much the same - as near to Tolkien as possible. Thanks a lot for reviewing. LBJ
