In honour of the Eighth of April, a ficlet of two or three (um, or five) chapters. Frodo and Sam sat under the whispering trees amid the fragrance of fair Ithilien; and they talked deep into the night with Merry and Pippin and Gandalf, and after a while Legolas and Gimli joined them. ...how Frodo found out what his younger cousins were up to, after the Fellowship was broken. Final chapter added. Story complete.
