Look, I'm just getting over being really sick and I'm still weak and dehydrated from throwing up so much. Do you *seriously* have to make me want to cry now?
Author's reply
Sorry to hear you have been unwell, my dear SIAHL, but you knew your danger when you started to read all the angst and love. :) I am honored you were moved so deeply.
Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Did Sam say "your sisters" as in Frodo's sisters? Frodo doesn't have sisters, unless you count Rosie, who is his sister in law, but that would be sister as in one... help me SIAHL, I am so confused.
Author's reply
Sorry to confuse you, my dear - I meant nieces. Thanks for catching this typo. I have changed it and another I just saw.

Each chapter of this part is so full of Frodo and Sam's love to each other and it is so beautiful. They have carried it all those years when they were apart. Thank you for writing it. I am going to go and read the next part.
Author's reply
Thank you for your kind words! I am glad you enjoyed it so much! Yes, they realized they were not truly apart, only physically, and continued to keep hope alive that they were be reunited. Before I had frozen up writing directly on the computer instead of longhand first. But this flowed out because I didn't have to make anything up, I just listened to what they said to each other and write it down. I hope you enjoy the final part of this long love story. :)

Beautiful chapter Antane! Sam's almost there :D
Loved the idea of Elanor's messages in the bottle. How very sweet! I wonder if Frodo got them? Probably.
Bravo Antane and can't wait until part four!

Oh, Antane, I so love this chapter! I wish I wasn't in a tearing hurry so that I might give it the review it deserves-and this the end, too! But I'll do my best. I esp. love Sam's last entry, and Frodo's wonderful, sweet, contagious joy! The depth and height of it is so palpable that I feel I could sing this very moment and never wish to stop. Oh, so soon, they'll be together again! *beaming* And A Message and a Bottle! (Have you read Larner's story?) How like sweet Elanor!
You say you love angst and i know you do, but this has been the longest part (if I'm not mistaken) and the most overflowing with joy. I can't wait for the next one! :)
God bless,
Galadriel
Author's reply
Dearest, how sweet this makes you want to sing and with that gorgeous voice of yours, who would want to stop? :) I'm glad I inspired you. I did read Larner's story and loved the idea but I had written this way before and then forgot about it. This story is the longest in number of chapters I think but actually the shortest so far in number of pages, but still it's longer than I thought it would be. I discovered that these two just had so much to say to each other. I love it! Yes, very joyful and just wait until you see the reunion! Hannon le for all your lovely reviews!
Namarie, God bless, Mil le, Antane :)

*beaming* The bitter must come before the sweet, but now the sweetest is almost here! :) I love the description of the farewells to Rose and the children and grandchildren, and I love how you write Frodo-lad, so much like both his namesake and his father. And I do hope we may get to see at least some of the notes from the children!
I've noticed that mushroom salad seems to be popular going to and from the Havens in your fics. :) That's a lovely, very Hobbity touch.

· Chapter 65: Death of a Rose
I cried with them both in this chapter. They've both anticipated and sometimes longed for that reunion for so long, but now the bitter is coming home as much as the sweet. Dear Gandalf! And dear, dear Rose! Her last words to Sam were the most poignant part of this whole chapter.
I never really understood what Mr. Pippin said about Mr. Gandalf telling him about a life beyond this one, but I do now. Rose’s face was the most beautiful
and peaceful I had ever see it when she passed. And, she glowed softly, just like you do, but even brighter. I know she’s gone onto a better place and
I know she has blessed my choice to go too until we can meet again.
That line of Gandalf's, and the moment with Pippin, is one of my favourite scenes in the movie, and also one of the most believeable. I love how you expanded on that here. This was so beautiful, even in all its sadness.
God bless,
Galadriel

Sam's Rose is gone! :*( At least she did not suffer when she went, that's the important thing, right? But, he'll see her again.
It's sad also because Frodo feels nearly every feeling Sam feels.
Author's reply
Yes, and he can't do a darn thing about it which must just kill him, but soon that one soul they share will be rejoined.
