Oh my goodness gracious. As I read the summary, I thought it looked familiar.

I am so happy to see this. I can't wait to follow along.

Bless you!

Dearest Aragorn. He is such a neat character. No wonder Arwen fell for him.

Now to turn the page...

Author Reply: I happy right back that you found you way here! Hope you enjoy!

There could be no more blessed awakening! And he has gentle souls caring for him, and helping with his healing.

So gentle!

Author Reply: Le hannon! Now the hard work will begin to recover for both of them.

What a gentle and tender chapter. I suspect that Frodo will get so much out of helping to care for someone, as opposed to usually being the one being cared for.

Author Reply: Le hannon - so glad you enjoyed! I believe you are right - he needs something to distract him from his own pain and you are well familiar with how great hobbits are with giving TLC. :) And Boromir will get a lot out of helping Frodo.

What a powerful description of the moments leading to death - and no wonder Frodo's presence at first would make Boromir think the Ringbearer dead and all failed.

Author Reply: Thanks! Glad you enjoyed! I liked writing that part. :)

well now frodo has a full time job: teaching boromir to live and let go of the guilt. what a spot rock and a hard spot these two will be. waiting........

Author Reply: And Boromir going to have the same job, helping Frodo heal from his PTSD and all that. These two are going to be very good for each other.

This is so wonderful. Hopefully Boromir and Frodo will be able to allow one another to fully heal, inside and out.

Author Reply: Le hannon, my dear! So glad you enjoyed. Fully healing is the plan. We'll see how it all plays out.

Your writing has so matured, Antane. This is a very powerful chapter, and I rejoice to read it. Yes, he's finding joy and life again, sent back to learn peace and to find healing as much as Frodo ere they both leave the Bounds of Arda once more.

Author Reply: Thank you so much, my dear Larner! *hugs* I am that glad that you enjoyed. I enjoyed writing about Boromir.

so glad you dropped me the note that you were continuing this story. i went back and re-read that version after reading this one; they are both worth commenting on. i like how you have filled out frodo's part so that he is enjoying what he can and writing to improve what he remembers. i don't read works in progress as a rule but if you update regularly i'll make an effort to track your efforts. good luck!

Author Reply: Thanks, nancylea! I plan on updating every Saturday.

I remember that first chapter; the idea of Boromir, his body uncorrupted, appearing on the Western Shore - and I am fascinated at this continuation. I am looking forward to the future chapters with interest.

Author Reply: Thanks! I'm hope to meet your expectations! :)

Now, that realization would have been a supreme shock! So glad his memories of Sam continue to sustain him.

Author Reply: Yeah, that groan kinda freaked him out but as we will see in a happy way.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)
