Sigh...Fluff, fluff and more fluff. Just what a chilly and damp spring evening calls for. :o)

Loved Frodo's serious linguistics lessons. *giggle*

Brought back some lovely memories. I used to call my Puss Puss my kitten witten. :o)

Wonderful little story shirebound. :o)

Author Reply: Awww, kitten witten! I love it. I'm so happy you enjoyed this, Tigger. :)

Sammy wammy? LOL! Very sweet and I'm sure Frodo is well versed from all his years in the Hall and from changing and babysitting Merry and other faunts in how to do things. My sister and I tried changing our first nephew's diaper once and we told our sister to ignore all the cries he made and all that. We never did accomplish it.

But Frodo is right, even if he goes back on his own words moments later, that one should talk grown-up to babies even though they have no clue. I've always done that. I don't go along with 'baby talk' though it was having me laughing here. Sam won't remember any of this, but his heart will. And I hope Frodo always does.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Author Reply: Sam won't remember any of this, but his heart will.

Awww, I just love that. I'm glad you enjoyed this.

Sammy wammy.....*snerrrrkkkkk* who else could get away with something like THAT?? LOLOLOL

Author Reply: Can you imagine how adorable a tiny hobbit baby would be? I'd be coooooing away. :)

"Sammy wammy?" Oh, my heavens! How FRODO! How very Frodo! Hilarious, and perfectly in keeping with the characters (although I suspect when Frodo was an infant Bilbo DID change a diaper or two). Wonderful!

Author Reply: You never know! Maybe that canny old bachelor found a way to avoid diapers entirely. *grins* So glad you enjoyed this, Larner.

Thanks for the fluff warning. *wields the fluff buster energetically* I love baby Sam. This is just sooo sweet!

Author Reply: Awww, thanks. It really doesn't get much fluffier, does it? You should keep that fluff buster handy at all times. :)

A sweet story, shirebound! As much as I love Frodo-angst, FrodoandSam fluff is nice too. :) I'm glad they have these years of memories to sustain them and strengthen them during the dark times and motivate them to continue.

Merry Christmas! Christ is born! Glorify Him!

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Author Reply: Thank you, Antane. I do love hobbit fluff, as you know! I like peeking in on little happy moments like these.

I remember the first time I had the chance to see a maginfied snowflake. They truly are spectaular to look at and I more than understand Frodo and Sam's excitement over their discovery. What a wonderful little tale to read *very* early on Christmas Morning.

A very Merry Christmas to you my friend and here's to many more wonderful stories to look forward to from you!! (((HUGS)))

Author Reply: Happy Christmas, Tigger! *hobbity holiday hugs for you*

This was adorable, Shirebound. How lovely to be able to see the wonder of a snowflake, and it is gorgeous to see this very special friendship growing.

Happy Hobbit Holidays and Merry (and Pip) Yule to you!

Author Reply: Thank you, dear BB! Happy hobbit holidays to you, as well. May your Yuletide be joyous, warm, safe, and full of everything you love.

What a wonderful discovery indeed! And each snowflake is as unique and magical in its own way, just like Frodo and Sam and their special friendship.

It appeared that friendship -- like magic -- could sometimes be found in the least expected places. You had only to look for it.

~Elemmírë~

p.s. I just wanted to let you know how much I've been enjoying all of these little holiday fics from the holidays LJ you created. They're all so wondeful and help to add to the holiday spirit ... whatever holiday it may be.

Happy Hobbit Days--uh, I mean Holidays, Shirebound! :D

Author Reply: Thank you. And I'm so happy you're enjoying all the holiday fics. It's lovely that so many folks continue to be inspired by our beloved LOTR world, and continues to write -- and share -- their stories. We're so fortunate.

Happy Hobbity Holidays! :D
