I enjoyed reading the words: Light, hope, courage, and many more happy words in this section and the others. These, especially hope, is found anywhere in a person gifted to show others happier times in life. I really enjoyed reading this, and will finish it soon.

Amazing; the imagery and hope involved in this story. This is a masterpiece so far...I can imagine everything that is happening.

Awesome! Great job, keep it up!

Author Reply: Thank you! I really did try to weave strength and hope and light through this tale. I'm thankful it's coming through, and so happy you're enjoying the story.

Aww. I loved this ending. I knew that darned Brandybuck was at the bottom of a lot of Pippin's mischief--I just couldn't prove it! And the "Light Incorrigible"! So sweet...if Pippin looks at a person at just the right angle, it looks as if they're lit up. Nicely done!

Author Reply: Thanks for reading again! I do think the hobbits have a bit of magic about them, but it's very subtle.

LOL! I didn't remember this part--but it seems both our Pippins have a deep curiosity over Gandalf's staff! :-)

Here I am again... Nice touch--the part of the ring abandoning Frodo when Bill threw him. I have a question for you, but I'll ask it later.

My poor little Pippin. Poor, frightened hobbits! I do like it when authors write Boromir as very caring towards the little guys. I'm not the biggest Boromir fan, but I do think there was a bit of hero-type worship (for lack of another word) going on between Pippin and Boromir. I think Merry was influenced as well, but not in the way young Pippin was.

Yes, I believe this is the same great story, but since I enjoyed it so much last time--and probably didn't review, I will enjoy it again. And this time I will leave a nice little trail... :-)

I think I read this on ff.net a long time ago, though I can't remember if I reviewed or not... Back then I thought it was a great story; I'll let you know if I'm enjoying the story all over again! :-)

This is such a great story! in this chapter, i loved the way aragorn goes silent after merry says there are more of pippin's songs he hasn't yet heard! i couldn't help laughing when pip says he can sometimes see people lit up at the end. welldone, shirebound!

Author Reply: Thanks, Elly! I couldn't help ending this story with a bit of humor (and a bit of sweetness). Hobbits just inspire me.
