Great story, very creepy!

Wow, what a great chapter, very interesting that it was so suspenseful without an actual enemy around. I could feel Elladan's frustration.

Well done and thank you

Author Reply: Thank you! I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I imagine that the sons of Elrond have more theory than practice in dealing with Nazgul, and that would cause quite a bit of frustration in someone so used to being skilled and competent….

Elladan scowled. “I am unaccustomed to being out of my depth in matters of field healing - long has it been since a challenge has presented itself to which I felt so unequal.”

“One might be glad of that, my Lord,” Halbarad huffed softly, “considering such a lack means Nazgûl have been few and far between in these lands.”

So true! Your details are wonderful, and this story most definitely brings rich new meaning to Aragorn's urgent words to the hobbits... and his fear and horror at the thought of confronting the Nazgul once again. Well done!
