Was it for this?  by Alawa 3 Review(s)

....it seemed his heirs had nothing to show but the scorn of the ignorant, lonely unmarked graves...

Lovely piece. Very thoughtful, very poignant. Aragorn's distance from Arathorn as his real father, and the fact that Elladan and Elrohir seem to know him better than he himself does was so evident.

Author Reply: Thank you Sphinx, I'm very glad you enjoyed it. I suspect that Elladan and Elrohir have gained a lot of experience through their association with various Heirs of Isildur and the Dunedain in general.

Thanks for reviewing.

This was simple and moving. I liked the first person point of view. And the stars shining in the eyes of the sleeping twins. Also the reminder that Aragorn is a descendent of Elros.

this is wonderful!

it brought tears to my eyes!

Beautifully worded, and the images you painted were bittersweet and heart wrenching.

Thank you for sharing :)

XOXO
