| I love this conversation between Merry and Boromir. You sketch both their characters so well, even in this brief interlude. Wise lessons, indeed. And Aragron, having only a flaming torch, though he wielded it bravely! Why, of course, he had only a broken sword for a weapon, not much good in itself, at that point in the journey. I hadn't thought of that. | |
