| I wish we didn't tend to lash out when we are in pain, but such is the nature of not only Men but Elves as well, obviously. Author Reply: Hi, Larner - Thanks again for reading. I don't think that Elves and Men are really that different psychologically. Besides, Anórel has been through quite a lot by this point, and she doesn't really understand why any of it has been happening. | Fascinating conversation. Is this the beginning seed of Gildor's becoming one of the Wandering Companies? I love the teasing in the beginning, and Gildor's response in the end. Lots of food for thought. I had to read hastily, though, as I am pressed for time, and so I apologise for any nuances or outright things I missed in the reading.
