A great turn of mood.

Having learned how Elrond's wife was afflicted during her captivity by Sauron's creatures and having seen Frodo under the influence of the Morgul wound, Aragorn has knowledge of what he faces, after all. A wonderful and appropriate healing!

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. It was a great blessing for Faramir that Aragorn was at hand, one of the few who understood about the evil magic.I'm pleased you enjoyed the healing.

There is some very powerful writing in this - and I must admit to loving Éowyn's opinion of Elven singing!

A blessing that Aragorn and Arwen were both there that day, both to bolster both Steward and soldier and to recall Faramir to emotional health. Quite the thing to apparently find a chest of Morgul blades as they did. Frodo would probably have done perhaps worse than even Faramir had he seen the weapons, too.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. It was indeed a blessing Aragorn and Arwen had come to visit. I agree Frodo would have fared even worse.

I think my favorite part of this is your description of the song - all its contrasts you describe. It sounds so beautiful.
And congratulations for the 3rd place. :)
