| What a sad and thought-provoking tale! I always thought the story of Gwindor and Finduilas to be inexpressibly poignant and sorrowful, and there are very few stories written about it. So thank you very much for this one. You've portrayed very well the agony of both sides and yet, how it could never really have been any different, howsoever much they desired it otherwise. Author Reply: Thank you very much for your review - I'm glad you enjoyed it and I agree there are too few stories about them! I always remember reading 'As the Leaves Fall' on ff.net years ago and wanting to write something about them too, so I'm happy I've done them justice in someone's eyes!
