| Radagast did what he could and much more than any else would have even thought of doing in giving some cheer, caring and hope to those who had never know it. It is not his fault that they could not take it all in just as Frodo did not fail with Smeagol when the tender buds he cultivated did not blossom, at least not on the way to the Fire.
